The School of Computing Science at JCT College of Arts and Science organized a technical workshop on AI-Powered Secure Web Application & API Penetration Testing on 10 September 2026 at the JCTCAS Lab- 1.
The workshop featured Mr. Vijayakumaran, Executive Chairman of Xenclavis, Coimbatore, as the resource person. The session focused on the role of Artificial Intelligence in cybersecurity, web application security, API protection, and penetration testing techniques.
The programme explored the importance of identifying potential security vulnerabilities, understanding modern cyber threats, and implementing effective security measures to protect web applications and APIs. It also highlighted emerging cybersecurity technologies and the importance of proactive security assessment in today's digital environment.
The workshop was coordinated by Mrs. Shamna, Assistant Professor, School of Computing Science, and convened by Dr. Sajitha M, Head of the School of Computing Science.
