The School of Computing Science at JCT College of Arts and Science organized a workshop titled The AI Edge: From Classroom to Career on 30 July 2026 at JCTCAS Laboratory 1.
The workshop featured Ms. Harini Krishnan, Founder and CEO of Aventro Groups, as the resource person. The session focused on the growing role of Artificial Intelligence in professional careers and its relevance to academic learning and industry requirements.
The programme aimed to help students understand emerging AI technologies, explore career opportunities in the field, and recognize the importance of developing industry-relevant skills to succeed in the evolving technology landscape.
The workshop was coordinated by Ms. Shamna M, Assistant Professor, School of Computing Science, and convened by Dr. Sajitha M, Head of the School of Computing Science.
