Zenus Group On-Campus Recruitment Drive

The Training and Placement Cell of JCT Institutions successfully facilitated an On-Campus Recruitment Drive conducted by Zenus Group at the JCTCET Seminar Hall on 21st August 2026.

The recruitment drive was conducted exclusively for students of JCT Institutions from Engineering, Arts & Science, and Polytechnic streams. The event provided students with a valuable opportunity to explore career prospects and demonstrate their knowledge, skills, communication abilities, and overall professional competencies.

Recruitment Process

1. Online Test

A total of 345 students participated in the first round of the recruitment process. The online test assessed candidates on aptitude, reasoning ability, technical knowledge, communication skills, and overall professional competencies.

2. Group Discussion

Following the online test, 118 students participated in the Group Discussion (GD) round. Candidates were evaluated based on their communication skills, confidence, ability to express ideas, listening skills, teamwork, participation, and overall professional attitude.

3. HR Interview

Subsequently, 91 students appeared for the final Human Resources (HR) interview round. During this stage, candidates were assessed on their communication skills, confidence, attitude, career aspirations, and suitability for the available positions.

Final Selection

The recruitment process concluded with the selection of 8 students from JCT Institutions by Zenus Group, with a package of ₹7 LPA. The selected students were chosen based on their overall performance and suitability demonstrated throughout the various stages of the selection process.

The On-Campus Recruitment Drive was successfully conducted with the support and coordination of the Management, Principal, Training and Placement Cell, faculty members, and participating students.
