The Department of Computer Science and Business Systems, JCT College of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous), celebrated the vibrant spirit of Navaratri through the “Engineer’s Navaratri Golu Fest – Day 6” on 24 September 2025 at the JCTCET Main Block.
The celebration presented a unique fusion of cultural heritage, computer technology and engineering creativity, transforming the traditional Navaratri Golu into an engaging educational and technological showcase.
A Fusion of Tradition & Technology
The Engineer’s Navaratri Golu Fest introduced an innovative approach to celebrating tradition by incorporating modern computing and engineering concepts into the conventional Golu arrangement.
The event demonstrated how technology and cultural heritage can coexist creatively, allowing students to appreciate traditional values while exploring the evolution and applications of modern technology.
Technology-Inspired Golu Display
The highlight of the celebration was a creatively designed Golu display featuring miniature circuit models, CPUs, computers, computer generations and educational technology exhibits.
