The Department of Mechanical Engineering, JCT College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore organized a Guest Lecture entitled “THEORY OF MACHINES” on 24.02.2025 for imparting fundamental knowledge on Theory of machines. Mr. Ashok Kumar, Associate Professor delivered the welcome address and Mr.R.Mahendran; AP/Mech invited the Chief Guest.
The resource person highlighted the importance and significance of Theory of Machines. He also explained how “Theory of machines” plays a vital role in Mechanical Engineering Subjects and in basics of kinematics.
He also shared the importance of system cam mechanism. Totally, more than 30 students and 5 faculty members attended the programme. Mr.D.AnandaKumar, AP/Mech Department of Mechanical Engineering proposed the vote of thanks.
